About the Owner: David Schlafly

Mr. David Schlafly formed the firm in 1994. He has been a commercial broker since 1987 and actively developing since 1995.

Graduated from University of Dallas in 1981 with a BA in Psychology. Mr. Schlafly pursues interest in art, culture, wilderness adventure and outdoor running and swimming.

He is a board member of the following institutions:

  • Catholic Charities
  • Laumeier Sculpture Park

He is also a member of City of Ladue Zoning Board of Adjustments.
Advisory member of: City of Clayton Art Commission.

Joe is a professional investment property broker active in St Louis market for the past thirty years.  He brings immense talent and experience to every transaction.

About the Agents: Spencer Toder

Spencer is one of the latest additions to our team.  Before joining us, Spencer worked as a business strategy consultant for Prime Consulting, LLC.  Born and raised in St. Louis, he comes to us with his undergraduate degrees in Entrepreurship and Organizational Behavior and an MBA in Strategy and Consulting from the Olin Business School of Washington University in St. Louis.
